At Posterized, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new wall art isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Art

  Carefully place the posters in their original protective tubing or flat packaging to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
